She was predeceased by: her husband Fulton Trahan; her parents, Loveless Matherne and Beulah Savoie Matherne; her siblings, Whitney, Stephen, John Matherne, Mona Boquet, Tessa Brownlee, Isabelle Hebert and Elaine Matherne; her son-in-law Lloyd Hebert; and her great grandchild Willow Trahan.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lane (Keeth), Elaine T. Hebert, Karen Martin (Philip) and Roland Trahan (Joyce). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation in her memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
