It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Labat Sr. of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine "Gerry" Mary Faucheux Labat; and his brother-in-law Bret Dryden. He is survived by: his children, Steven P. Labat, Jr. (Ashley) and Ashley Nicole Labat (Corey Pellegrin); his close friend Shermie Hebert; his father Raymond August Labat; his siblings, Paul Labat, Kevin Labat (Chasity), Alison L. Dryden, Shirley L. Lafleur (Steven Miller), Carolyn L. Bertrand (Randy), Tammy L. Arceneaux (Donnie), Pauline L. Fontenot (Bryan), Carla L. Bergeron (Jason) and Mandy L. Richard (Terrance); and his grandchildren, Arianna Duplantis, Braylee Labat, Kinslee Lefort, Kai Pellegrin and Slade Pellegrin.
