He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Pitre and Dorina Ledet Pitre; his brothers, Lenny and David Pitre; and his in-laws, Francis and Loretta Toups.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Toups Pitre; his son Jason Pitre; his granddaughters, Alexis, Amberly and Kyla Pitre; and his siblings, Philip, Ray Jr., Jerry Pitre, Debbie Daigle, Robbie Belanger, Lisa Smith and Dody Pitre. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chauvin Funeral Home (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for future expenses.
