He is survived by: his children, Simon Howard (Deborah), Daryle Howard, Clyde Howard (Dionne), Cheryl Howard, Carla Howard and Mary H. Wallace (Rick); his brother Irvin Picou; and his former wife Heloise Lewis Howard. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
