He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay G. Winder Jr. and Margaret "Peggy" Fannon; his great-aunt Fay; his grandparent Birdie Winder; his nieces and nephews, Eliot and William; his cousins, Charles Pershing Winder Jr. and John Bass Winder Jr.; and his brother John Bass Winder Sr..
He is survived by: his cousins, Johnnie and Charlie; his siblings, Gerald of Tucson, Arizona and Angela Winder; his aunt Jean Winder; and his cousins, Carol Winder Thomas of Houma and Evelyn Winder Husser of Metairie.
