It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shonner Griffin (Houma, Louisiana), born in Morgan City, Louisiana, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Clarence Jones; her father LeRoy Maze; her grandparents, Elnora Nash Camber, Jane Maze, Herbert Diggs, Sr. and Willie Maze, Sr.; and her aunts and uncles, Gill Ann Diggs, Virginia Watson, Mary Ann Hite, Herbert Diggs, Jr., Willie Maze, Jr. and Leanize Maze.
She is survived by: her mother Diana Diggs Maze of Gibson, Louisiana; and her siblings, Eddie G. Matthews III of Gibson, Sheldon Matthews (Courtney) of League City, Texas, Zenobia Ladeay (Israel) of Lafayette, Clara George (Ronald) of Marietta, Deaon Parker (Adolf) of Lafayette, Kanyna Delco (Shaun) of Carencro and Keaire Maze of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family, church family, and friends.
