With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherry Lirette of Houma, Louisiana, born in Lockport, Louisiana, who passed away on September 30, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph, Sr. Griffin and Lillian Vedros Griffin; her daughter Shawayna Lirette; and her siblings, Andrew and Vivian.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Lirette, Sr.; her children, Carl Lirette, Jr. (Lisa) and Torie Lirette Marcel (Andy); her grandchildren, Athena (Tanner), Ebony (Monte), Tavian, Aviana, Drake (Jessica), Austin, Makaila, Gabrielle (Justin) and Anthony; her great grandchildren, Keaton, Inara, Emerson, Rowan and Harlyn; and her siblings, Norris, Jr., Bobby, Jimmy, Frances, Kayla, Kathy, Helen, Judy, Marilyn and Russell.
