With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shanna B. Verrett of Houma, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Verrett Jr.; her sons, Branden Verrett and Curtis Verrett III; her parents, Ulysse Bonvillian and Jetty Faye Bonvillian; and her brother Louis Bonvillian.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeremiah Verrett (Lauren) and Kevin Verrett (Maranda Brunet); her grandchildren, Kaydent Verrett, Oaklen Verrett, Finley Verrett, Hayden Ray and Braydon Ray; and her siblings, Bryan Bonvillian, Tim Bonvillian, Kim Bergeron and Rhonda Harrington.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Falgout Funeral Home (211 Westside Blvd, Houma, LA 70364). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Memories Cemetery (3658 W Main St, Gray, LA 70359).
