She is survived by: her children, Brayden and Krysta; her father Randy Hebert; her sister Monique Hebert Wernich (Austin Wernich); her aunts, Bobbie Pontiff and Lori Burney; her uncle Dale Hebert; her cousins, Helena Scott Fontenot, Andree Scott and Angelle Hebert; and her grandparents, Diane and Jeswood Hebert.
