He is survived by: his wife Lisha Collins Thomas; his daughters, Samantha Thomas and Shaundrica Cola; and his siblings, Billy, Henry Carter, Jr., Joseph, David, Julius Thomas, Doretha Western (Lionel) and Shirley Mitchell (Mack). He is also survived by six stepchildren; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
