He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Virginia, Edward "Bobby" Daigle of Houma, Thelma and John Taylor Zachary Vestal of Newellton. He is survived by: his wife Emily McGraw Vestal; his sons, Hayes, Taylor and William "Bill"; his parents, Sue Daigle Vestal and Russell Vestal; his sister Stacey Vestal Aguillard (Joseph); his nieces and nephews, James, Clay and Cameron; his children, Barrett, Peyton, John Stewart, Brennan and Mary Margaret Boulton; his grandchildren, Karson and Katherine "Kittie"; his children, Brandon Jensen and Ruston Cado (Victoria); and his grandchildren, Addison, Amery and Amelia. He is also survived by cousins and 29 aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Francis de Sales Elementary School or Vandebilt Catholic High School.
