It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russel J Rhodes of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Crochet Rhodes; his parents, Druby J. Rhodes and Velma Daigle Rhodes; and his siblings, Charles Rhodes and Una Mae R. Whitney Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, Ronnie P. Rhodes (Florette), Gil M. Rhodes (Levorne) and Cheryl R. Boquet (Burt); and his sister Betty Ann Leonard. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
