He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Joseph Guidry and Effie Lorena Blanchard; his sister Eula Mae Guidry; and his former wives, Jerry Lynn Drott Guidry and Betty Lecompte Guidry.
He is survived by: his son Brooke Steven Guidry (Marla Hebert Guidry); his grandchildren, Connor Paul Guidry and Grant Joseph Guidry; and his sisters, Diane Juneau and Shirley Cenac.
