He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel J Martinez and Loreanna Terrebonne Martinez; and his siblings, Daniel Martinez (Lolita), Elmo Martinez (Faye), Gabriel Martinez Jr. (Marion) and Nannette Huber (William).
He is survived by: his wife Anita Mazarac Martinez; his children, Kyle (Betty), Kory (Jackie) and Kelli Fanguy (Keith Sr.); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Keith Fanguy Jr. (Shea) and Dawson Martinez; his great grandchildren, Ava Hebert, Bryant Hebert, Keith Fanguy III and Charles Fanguy; his brother Raynal Martinez (Hazel); and his sister-in-law Mary "Kitty" Weimer Martinez.
In lieu of flowers, the family request Masses to be offered for Roy. The family also ask for donations to be considered to the American Cancer Society.
