He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bergeron and Virginia Portier Bergeron; his parents-in-law, Charles and Wilma Breaux; and his siblings, Susan Ann Bergeron, Robert Bergeron (Bobby) and Philip Clay Bergeron.
He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Breaux Bergeron; his children, Rebecca Marie Bergeron (Johnathan), Roy Bergeron Jr. (Lesley) and Beau Joseph Bergeron; his godmother Elaine; his grandchildren, Mia and Taylor; his sister Virginia Bergeron (Chris); his brother-in-law Quentin Breaux (Jacki); and his godchildren, Rita Bergeron, Christina Blanchard, Corey Autin and Pamela Clement. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
