He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Babin, Sr. and Odelia Babin; his brothers, Edmond Babin, Jr. and Reuben Babin; his parents-in-law, Floyde Rhodes, Sr. and Gilda Rhodes; and his brother-in-law Floyde Paul Rhodes, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sonja Babin; his daughter Charmain King (Bobby); his grandchildren, Taylor King (Lyndi) and Olivia Smith (Don Paul); his great grandchildren, Titus and Oliver; and his brother Stanley Babin. He is also survived by sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chauvin Funeral Home & Crematory (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Francis Cemetery #2 (6157 W Main St, Houma, LA 70360).
