He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Sue Theriot; and his parents, Roland Theriot Sr. and Mary Theriot. He is survived by: his son Roland Theriot, III (Tiffany Johnson); his grandchildren, Mary Theriot and Tiana Theriot; and his siblings, Raymond Theriot (Holly) and Brenda Belanger (Lowery).
