He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mills and Bessie Lee Richards Mills; his siblings, Robert Mills (Sherman Broglin) of Texarkana, William "Billy" Mills and Wanda Mills Doiron; his niece Robyn Doiron; and his granddaughter Besse Meryl Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Mills; his daughters, Melanie Mills and Rebecca Mills Bradford (Michael); and his grandchildren, Christopher and Hannah Bradford.
