He was predeceased by: his son Richard "Ricky" Breaux; his parents, Arthur Michael Breaux and Paulene Darden Breaux; and his sister June Greene. He is survived by: his wife Laurel Anne "Puddin" Breaux; his children, Walton "Scotty" Breaux (Kim), Suzanne "Susie" Exnicious (Philip) and Laurel Folse (Danny); his daughter-in-law Ursula Marcello Breaux; his grandchildren, Brandon, Bradley Exnicious, Natalie, Christopher Breaux, Danielle and Laurel Folse; and his children, Bre Porche, Lacy Foreman and Mae Parfait. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family of Dr. Richard D. Breaux asks that donations be made to the American Diabetic Association in his name.
