He is survived by: his wife Jerry Pontiff Liner; his children, Kendall Liner (Keri "Cookie" Liner), Kerry Liner and Jessica Landry (Christopher); his grandchildren, Kameron, Hunter, Tyler, Kristian, Kelise, Kendall Jr., Kayle Liner, Nicholas, Noah, Blake and Aiden Landry; his great grandchildren, Emery and Elliot Liner; and his siblings, Audrey Dugas, Bobbie Lankford, Richard Liner, Anna Sargent, Russell Liner, Ray Liner, Norma Cooper, Debbie Bourgeois and Karen Picou. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
