He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrebonne Parish Clerk (Bazet) of Court, R. A and Inza Mae Sanders Bazet (Marion Bazet McMichael); and his granddaughter Katarina Eva Adele Bazet. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Picou Bazet; his children, Randolph August Bazet III (Kim B. Bazet) and Amy Ann Bazet; his granddaughter Kirsten Inza Maria Bazet of Houma; and his sister Ann Bazet Kent of Ft. Worth Texas.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthews Episcopal Church (243 Barrow St, Houma, LA 70360). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Francis Cemetery (6157 W Main St, Houma, LA 70360).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mathews Episcopal Church and or St. Mathews Episcopal school.
