He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Cockerham and Suzanne Boyce; and his son Michael Cockerham. He is survived by: his wife Corliss Cockerham; his children, Patrick, Corey Cockerham (Nicole) and Kelly Cockerham; his stepdaughter Tina Dazee St. John; his brothers, Michael, Patrick and Timothy Cockerham; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Jacob, Caidyn and Kylan Cockerham.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Phil's favorite charity St. Jude's Children's Hospital are preferred.
