He was predeceased by: his parents, Sergen Fonseca and Elvia Robotham Fonseca; and his siblings, Elvia Mary Fonseca Landry, Mark and Peter Fonseca.

He is survived by: his siblings, David (Dina) and Wendy Fonseca; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Babin Fonseca and Gilbert Landry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
