Though Penny may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Penny leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Misty Verrett; her significant other David Levron; her parents, Mary Jane and Allen Leblanc Sr.; and her sister Pixie Trosclair.
She is survived by: her grandson Jacoby Verrett. She is also survived by her family, friends.
