He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul, Sr. Williams and Albertha Cooks Williams; and his siblings, Clarence Williams and Thelma Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Betty Thomas Williams; and his children, Noel, Mark (Kim), Paul Williams, III, Kim Smith (Broderick), Kesha Lewis (Alton), Gwendolyn Lyons, Lejuana Simmons (James), LaWanda and Okema Moses. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
