He is survived by: his stepmother Delores Plaisance; his children, Patti Lirette, Wendy Plaisance and Jamie Plaisance; his grandchildren, Amber Dumond, Drake Authement, Jardon Lirette, Chelsey Rodrigue, Nathanial Verdin and Alyssa Dupre; his great grandchildren, Hunter Babin and Adele Authement; his brother Kenneth Plaisance; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Plaisance. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
