She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth "Sonny" Ragsdale, Sr.; her parents, John Neuling and Florence Neuling; her children, Kenneth "Kenny" Ragsdale, Jr. and Lora Ragsdale Marks; her grandson Cory Ragsdale; and her brother John Neuling (Charolette).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heather Bascle (John) and Kenneth "Lee" Ragsdale, III (Stevie); her great grandchildren, Caroline Bascle, Carson Bascle, Carter Bascle, Brennan Bascle, Sumner Bascle, Addison Bascle and Aidyn Bascle; her children-in-law, Regina Ragsdale and Fred Marks; and her family Patricia.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to St. Eloi Catholic Church.
