She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Frank Kurtz and Alma Marie Labat Kurtz. She is survived by: her husband Gerald J. Bonvillain; her son Chad J. Bonvillain; and her brothers, Patrick Kurtz of Oxford, Jerry Kurtz of Houma and Kenneth DeCoursey of Houma, Louisiana.. She is also survived by parents, friends, and extended family.
