It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Purvis of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Purvis and Mary Pauline Purvis. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Scott Purvis; his children, Richard Keith Purvis (Tracy) and Thomas Scott Purvis (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Collin, Jason, Ethan, Morgan, Austin and Jacob.
