He was predeceased by: his parents, Olues J. Dupre Sr. and Celine B. Dupre; his brothers, Ray, Raymond and Royal Dupre Sr.; his daughter Jeanie Dupre; and his grandson Kaleb Dupre.

He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Dupre; his children, Bobby, Ray, Earl Dupre, Crystal Dupre, Mindy Dupre and Christy Dupre; and his sister Garline Delaune.
