She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Hebert; her parents, Elby Theriot and Della Fanguy Theriot; her daughter Carla Hebert; and her brother Carroll Theriot.
She is survived by: her child Ray Anthony Hebert of Dawn Shay; her sister Anna Duplantis (Cecil); her grandchildren, Chace Mott, Harlie Loisell and Shelby Shay; her great grandchildren, Caden Berends, Landen Berends, Presten Berends, Brayden Berends, Anjolen Berends and Della Mott; and also Mary Naquin (Glynn).
