She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Williams and Maggie Williams; her former husband Willie Gene Ratley; her husband Michael Rogers; her daughter Janis Ratley Chauvin; and her sister Joyce Williams Nut.

She is survived by: her children, Kennith Ratley (Sandra), Nelson "Wayne" Ratley (Cena), Debra Robichaux (Robert) and Ronald Ratley (Tammy); and her sister JoAnn Parish. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
