He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Portier Charpentier; his daughter Christiana Charpentier; his parents, Peter Charpentier and Mayloria Savoie Charpentier; and his brother Ronnie Charpentier.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Charpentier Jr., Francis Charpentier (Amanda) and Sheri Charpentier (Al Redmond); and his sister Dolores Henry. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
