He was predeceased by: his father Doug; and his grandparents, Fay Chauvin, Agatha Chauvin and Teresa Maier. He is survived by: his parent Sibyl Maier; his siblings, Michelle and Mark; his wife Katie; his daughter Michelle Maier Siegel (Greg); his nieces and nephews, Samantha Maier, Mark Anthony Maier, Matthew Maier and Michael Maier; and his brothers-in-law, Hank Conditt, Coleman Frazier and Miller Frazier.
