He is survived by: his former wife Sierra Mebane; his sons, Logan and Lathan Lewis; his parents, Sheryl Lewis of Houma, LA and Michael Johnson (Janell) of Amelia, LA; his sister Terrin Tillman; and his grandmother Delores Lewis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
