He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Leonard and Antoinette Trahan Leonard; his son Mikey Leonard; and his siblings, Norman "Tookie" Leonard, Herbert Leonard and Glenda Forse.
He is survived by: his wife Sri Wahyuningsih-Leonard; his children, Brandon Lee Leonard, Slade Leonard and Tippi Leonard; his grandchildren, Trent Folse and Kiah Leonard; and his sisters, Meril Hebert (Gene), Judy Larpenter (Steve), Sybil Leonard and Elizabeth Leonard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
