It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Jon Parker (Houma, Louisiana), who passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ted H. Parker; his godfather James "Ed" Parker; and his grandfather Euclis J. Trahan. He is survived by: his mother Faye Trahan Parker; his sons, Keith Anthony Trahan and Matthew Jon Parker Jr.; his sister Cassie Mae Parker; his nephew Alijah Ted Parker; his grandmother Evelyn Hebert Trahan; his godmother Cheryl Trahan Sanford; his grandparents, James A. Parker and Eula C. Massel; and his great-grandparents, Alcide J. Hebert and Thelma D. Hebert. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
