She was predeceased by: her parents, Fields Thomas Sr. and Oceola S. Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Leroy Williams; her children, Anthony Williams, Sr. (Ekaterina), Karen Williams, Lori Gardiner (Michael) and Melissa Clay (Chad); her siblings, Fields Thomas, Jr. (Joan) and Bertha Thomas Franklin; her goddaughter Bobbie Payne; her brothers, Leroy Thomas, Sr. and Wallace S. Thomas; her niece Christina Thomas; and her nephew Wallace S. Thomas II.
