He was predeceased by: his father Marvin John Ledet Sr.; and his grandson Jerry Marvin Ledet. He is survived by: his wife Christine Porche Ledet; his children, Eliza Ledet, Bradley Ledet (Jenna), Joe Ledet (Joyce Guidry) and Percy Ledet (Rita); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Kyah, Rebecca and Sky; his mother Lorine Ledet; and his siblings, Arlene Levron, Amanda Adams, Chris Ledet and Randy Ledet.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards the funeral bill.
