The memory of Marlene Scurto of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Callahan and Isabelle St. Pierre Callahan. She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Scurto, Jr.; her children, Shelley Ridgway Smith (Jude) and Matthew Ridgway; her stepdaughter Emily Scurto; her grandchildren, Erin Smith Kramer, Alex Smith, Kate Smith, Olivia Owens and Parker Ridgway; her great grandchild Valerie Kramer; and her siblings, Ronnie Callahan, Catherine Brunet, Linda Faulk and Douglas Callahan.
Viewing will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Cathedral (500 Goode St, Houma, LA 70360). A Mass will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Francis Cemetery.
