He is survived by: his wife Janice C. Windham; his children, Michael Windham (Annette) and Jacqueline Windham Allen; his grandchildren, Brett Windham, Amy Dupre and Brandon Windham; his great grandchild Hazel Elise Dupre; and his sister Sherry Lee Hamrick.
