She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Joseph Guidry Sr. and Shirley Boudlauche; her stepparents, Barbara Guidry and Virgis Blanchard; and her sister Debra Guidry.
She is survived by: her husband Jules Usie; her children, Derrick Usie (April), Erick Use' (Sarah), Jacob Use' (Sabrina), Leslie-Ann Marie Usie and Julie DeHart (William III); her stepmother Ellen Boudreaux; her brothers, Alfred Guidry (Julie), Nathan Guidry, Charlie Guidry (Carolyn), Kerry Guidry (Roxanne), Stephen Guidry (Cheryl) and Earl Junior Guidry; her stepbrother Jeremy Blanchard (Amy); her sisters, Audrey Pellegrin (Rodney), Flossie Aucoin (Julian), Emily Ledet (Floyd) and Angela Roth (Robert); her stepsister Jodie Pellegrin; and her grandchildren, Zowie of William, IV, Hunter, Kyleigh, Drake, Lani, Luke, Branson, Liam, Presley, Rainey, Raleigh, Buddy and Hannah.
