She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph T. Prosser, Jr.; her parents, Frank D. Bassler and Anna Christiansen Bassler; and her sisters, Betty Johnson, Janet Waline and Jeanette Bredenkamp.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Prosser Whipple, Dale J. Prosser (Gay) and Phyllis Prosser Carlson (Daniel); her grandchildren, Natalie Breaux (Jody), Anna Fogle (James), Darren Whipple, Jeramie Prosser, Chez Prosser, Matthew Prosser (Anna), Joey Carlson (Christine) and Kelly Carlson; her siblings, Jack Bassler (Margerete), Steve Bassler (Connie) and Doris Moses; her great grandchildren, Margaret Fogle, Elliot Fogle, Tanner Verdin, Connor Verdin and Axel Carlson; and her great great grandchild Keaton.
