She is survived by: her children, Mark Vincent Perez, Lisa Perez Jackson (Kenneth) and John Hewlett Perez (Michele); her stepchildren, Kim Hitchins (Roosevelt), Shanna Rieras and Alana Rieras (Gerard); her grandsons, Marcus, Brian Jackson and Benjamin Perez; her stepgrandsons, Grant Hitchens, Brandon, Jared and Justin Rieras; and her sister Carolyn M. Hewlett. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
