He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Joseph Scott and Justine Benoit Scott; his siblings, Leroy Scott, Jessie Scott, Oliver Scott, Reggie Scott, Earl Scott, Milford Scott and Orslie Dupre; and his son-in-law Chris Bergeron.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jane Bourg Scott; his children, Angela Scott Bergeron (Chris), Dwayne Michael Scott (Alicia) and Jill Scott Davis (Rodney); his grandsons, Anthony, Nicolas Bergeron, Hugh, Abram Scott, Nathaniel and Gabriel Davis; his brother Kenneth "ShoSho" Scott (Sherry); and his caregiver Robin Shelton. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren and loved his family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would love for everyone to go fishing (legally), and to spend time with friends and family at the kitchen table, playing cards and boiling seafood.
