She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Mae Harding, Sr.; her husband Alonzo Nevis; her father Earl Harding, Sr.; her grandparents, Henry, Ollie Harding, Spergon and Rosie Howard; her brothers, James Harding, Sr. and Louis Harding; and also James Harding, Jr..
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Lashawn Johnson of Houma, LA; her siblings, Earl Harding (Dorothy) of New Orleans, LA, Marion Jones (Henry) of Gray, LA, Genevieve Lewis (Ernest) of Gray, LA, Rose Castle (Leroy Goodwin) of Dularge, LA and Nicole Smith (Troy) of Houma, LA; her pet Duke; and her grandchildren, Jasmine Johnson, Devante Johnson, Travon Johnson and Dior Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
