He is survived by: his wife Theresa Margaret Daigle Pontiff; his children, Louis F. Pontiff, Jr. (Linda), Keith P. Pontiff and Mary "Lisa" P. Aucoin (Bryan) of Houma; his grandchildren, Vickie P. Guidry (Craig), Louis "Bubba" Pontiff, III (Jennifer) and Donald "Donnie" Pontiff (Tammy Wright); his great grandchildren, Matthew Guidry (Jessica), Brittany G. Benton (Esco IV), Nathan Pontiff, Ella J. Pontiff, Riley J. Pontiff, Maddux V. Pontiff and Layla Wright; and his great great grandchildren, Cole A. Guidry and Brandt W. Guidry.
