He is survived by: his daughter Frances Belanger Salinas (Carlos); and his siblings, Harlan Fields Belanger, John Belanger (Nancy), Van Paul Belanger, Mark Ernest Belanger (Denise), Claire Louise Belanger, Jean Landry (Glenn), Henrietta Millet (Danny) and Mary Agnes Clark (Eddie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
