It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorita Authement (Houma, Louisiana), born in Bourg, Louisiana, who passed away on March 9, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Morgan Authement Sr.; her children, Cynthia Authement, Wayne Authement, Terry Authement Sr., Kenneth Authement and Morgan Authement Jr.; her parents, Joseph Bourg and Lelia LeCompte Bourg; and her siblings, Alpha Bourg, Norton Bourg, Lyes Bourg, Guy Bourg, Cleveland Bourg, Mary B. LeBouef, Della B. Hebert and Bessie Bourg.
She is survived by: her child Bertha Authement DeRoche; and her grandchildren, Michael Authement, Sonja Usry, Tammy DeRoche, Melissa Porche, Terry Authement Jr., Kendall Authement, Kimberly Authement, Luke Lazo and Ben Lazo. She is also survived by great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
