She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowery Belanger and Alice Pitre Belanger; and her siblings, Melvin Belanger and Clara Brunet. She is survived by: her husband Horace Blanchard; her children, David Blanchard and Laura Blanchard; her grandchildren, David Blanchard II, Shawn Barnett (Wendy), Tiffany, Daniel, Gabriel, Aidan, Cristina and Beatriz Blanchard; her great grandchildren, Destin Barnett, Seth Blanchard (Elena), Cherish Barnett (Camren Claybrook) and Owen Barnett; her great great grandchildren, Westyn Claybrook, Blaze Blanchard and Asher Barnett; and her siblings, Lowery Belanger, Jr., Regina Williams and June Hendon. She is also survived by her family and friends.
